About Clicked

We’re an iOS photo & video editing app built for people who actually edit every day. Presets, beautify, AI editing, all in one place. Live on the App Store, growing through founder accounts with 3M+ combined reach.

Small team. No layers. Everyone ships.

The role

We need someone who can run @useclicked on TikTok and Instagram every day.

You’ll own daily content output, coordinate posting cadence with our founder accounts, and build the engine that turns Clicked into the visual brand we want it to be. You’ll create and edit your own Reels, write your own captions. This is hands-on work for someone with taste.

What you’ll own

  • 4-7 posts/week on Instagram (daily Stories) & TikTok
  • Trend hunting and A/B testing on Trial Reels (3-4 hook variations on high-potential content)
  • Weekly content calendar locked every Friday for the following week
  • Hook library and template system, documented so we can scale the team later

What we’re looking for

  • 2-4 years running content for a creator brand, beauty brand, photo/video tool, or DTC lifestyle company
  • You edit your own video.
  • Your personal social account has the kind of taste we want for Clicked. This is the single most important signal. If it doesn’t, please don’t apply.
  • Native English. All our output is in English.
  • Comfortable with daily cadence and EOD reports.
  • US based or live in a timezone that overlaps with Europe.

Green flags we love

  • You can name 5 creators in our category without thinking
  • You can identify 3 trends happening on TikTok right now in our space
  • You’ve shipped 4+ posts a week consistently somewhere before
  • You ask about retention and conversion before you ask about salary
  • You care about taste at a level that feels almost annoying to other people

What we won’t ask you to do

  • Write strategy decks. We don’t read them.
  • Manage agencies or vendors.
  • Run the affiliate program. That’s a separate role coming next.

The deal

  • Type: Contract-to-hire, remote
  • Base: $1,500/month
  • Variable: up to $2000/month performance bonus tied to KPIs written into the contract
  • Location: Fully remote, US, EU or EU timezone overlap required
  • Reporting: Direct access to founders, no layers
