Job Description

Netlify is hiring a Talent Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across go-to-market (GTM), G&A and R&D roles, partnering with hiring leaders across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Finance and more.

Location: Remote. Netlify is looking for candidates based in the US or Canada; candidates elsewhere are encouraged to join its Talent Community.
Compensation: Canada: CA$95,000 – CA$143,000 for most locations. US: US$97,000 – US$150,000 for most locations. Premium markets should speak with their Talent Acquisition partner. Robust benefits and equity participation are included.

About the team

Netlify is a remote-first company with 120+ employees across 13 countries. This role recruits across many teams rather than one specialty. The team uses Netlify’s own tools and experiments with AI in its hiring workflows.

What you’ll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM, G&A and R&D roles, from intake to accepted offer
• Run search kickoffs with hiring managers and build proactive sourcing strategies
• Conduct candidate screens and lead weekly search meetings with data-driven recommendations
• Manage offers and the candidate experience, including for candidates who are not selected
• Contribute to People Team planning
• Build AI-assisted recruiting workflows

What you’ll bring

• Several years of independent, full-cycle in-house recruiting experience (no educational requirements)
• Comfort recruiting for functions you haven’t hired for before
• Strong passive sourcing skills and hiring manager partnership
• Data-informed decision-making
• Ability to work without a dedicated sourcer or recruiting operations team
• A record of improving recruiting workflows
• Strong communication in a distributed team
• ATS proficiency (Greenhouse) and openness to AI tools
