Your job is to make sure Teamwork.com helps them deliver client work more efficiently and profitably, and to make that value clear well before renewal. You run onboarding end to end alongside Professional Services, carry the relationship through adoption and renewal, and work with Support, Sales and Product to flag risks and opportunities early. The team is AI-first and expects you to use AI in your daily workflow with your own judgement.
