What is this challenge about

  • Develop, test and maintain high-quality software components within a cross-functional agile squad
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including system design, implementation, testing and deployment
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and QA engineers to clarify requirements and deliver business solutions
  • Adhere to software engineering best practices, including clean coding standards, automated testing and peer code reviews
  • Participate in technical workshops and architectural discussions with team members and key stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes, workflows and team delivery practices

What we are looking for

  • 6+ years of professional experience in backend development using Java
  • Hands-on frontend development experience using the Angular framework and core web technologies
  • Demonstrated experience working within structured agile project environments (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Solid understanding of the complete software development lifecycle, from concept to production release
  • Strong commitment to software quality, clean code principles and collaborative code reviews
